Multiple Offender Program SB1344

This program meets the requirements for a multiple offender driving under the influence conviction prior to 9/27/90. Since that date all second offense cases within 10 years require the 18 month program. A total of 70.5 hours of program combining alcohol and drug education, group process, alcohol and drug assessment and individual interviews in the following format is required for completion.

Required Sessions

12 Month Program (70.5 hours):
 •  Education Class - a combination of lecture and film (six classes, two hours each)

•  Group Session - meet every other week (26 sessions, 2 hours each)
•  Individual interviews - meet every other week (26 meetings, 15 minutes each)

The following situations may be on record with the DMV which may conflict with the court order

  • Out of State DUI's.
  • DUI programs not completed for arrests more than ten years ago.
  • DUI’s not yet sentenced.
  • Out of County DUI's.
