First Offender Program AB1353
This program meets the requirements for a conviction of a first offense Driving under the Influence with an alcohol level of .20 or greater. A total of 61.5 hours of program combining alcohol and drug education, group process, alcohol and drug assessment and individual interviews in the following format is required for completion.
Required Sessions
9 Month Program (61.5 hours):
• Education Class - a combination of lecture and film (six classes, two hours each)
• Group Session - meeting every other week (22 sessions, 2 hours each)
• Individual interviews - meeting every other week (22 meetings,15 minutes each)

The following situations may be on record with the DMV which may conflict with the court order
- Out of State DUI's.
- DUI programs not completed for arrests more than ten years ago.
- DUI’s not yet sentenced.
- Out of County DUI's.
