Assessment Appointment

Call us at (408) 879-7581 to schedule an assessment, and allow approximately 1.5 hours for the appointment.

Please bring your documents, correspondence, and any other legal paperwork you have from the state where you received your DUI. You will also need a California DMV H-6 printout, which can be obtained from any DMV office.

The cost of an assessment is $195.
