Enrolling in a DUI Program

Enrolling in a DUI Program
You can enroll in a DUI Program after your court case is completed with your court order or court referral. If you cannot locate your court order you may bring an H-6 in-house printout from the DMV.
First offender programs are generally court ordered by your blood alcohol content (BAC) at the time of arrest. If you know your BAC, you may enroll in a DUI program prior to your court conviction. This information may be found by contacting the DMV, the arresting agency, or the DA’s office in the county of your arrest.
First offenders with a BAC between .08 and .19 will be advised to enroll in a 3-month program. First offenders with a BAC at a .20 or higher will be advised to enroll in a 9-month enhanced first offender program.
Any person who has received two DUIs within 10 years will be advised to enroll in an 18-month Multiple Offender program.
