3 MONTH - FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM

This program meets the requirements for a conviction of a first offense Driving Under the Influence with an alcohol level generally between a .08 and .19 level.

The program consists of 30.75 hours combining alcohol and drug assessment, alcohol and drug education, process groups and individual interviews.

Clients attend class once a week for a two hour session for 15 weeks.
